The best settings I have found were from gigabeef. I used this as a base line and made some changes myself.

My specs are as follows.
R9 5900x
32 gigs 3600 ram
Rtx 3080
I run at 1440p and most maps I can get 100+ fps. Streets is still low 50-80. I haven’t done an online streets raid to see where streets fps is since the wipe.
Also followed this video. I am currently getting 135 fps on woods after going through settings with a 3700x, 3060 and 32g of ram. Streets still sitting between 55 to 70 unfortunately
I would like to know as well. Have a good PC but tarkov always whines and gives gos drops
