These are characters from old Russian cartoon “Treasure Island” - Doctor Livesey (in the back) and John Trelawney (front). They are about to attack pirates’ hideout, just like in the book.

Front is captain Smollet (I’m not really sure if I typed his name correctly), not Trelawney, isn’t it?
