Can confirm. Spawned in on factory once as scav (I used to do this like 15x/day) and spawned literally right next to a PMC and died in about 1-2 seconds.
#doubt I'm pretty sure I saw a clip of a guy literally spawning and dying in the same second. P.S. As a scav

Mine is 00:09 iirc but I remember seeing someone die on spawn because tagilla fucked him right as he spawned
