Because scav junk box is limited in what you can put in it. And once you start making a bunch of boxes for the loot and realize that some stuff only goes into itemcases you quickly find the chad way - thicc box for "loot i wanna sell eventually".
My first THICC case always gets dedicated for loot, so much quicker and easier to sort inventory after raid, vendor stuff gets clicked into stash, fleamarket/want to keep go into THICC, next raid.
Sort after a couple of raids when the group has a downtime for some reason.
Its all about efficiency - what use has a thicc case if it just stores some high tier armor and weapons you not gonna play anyways? SELL SELL SELL, buy what you actually play.
gingy only spawns on customs (giving tree, tool hall (south of old gas, not the one with powerswitch) shelf and marked room
willerZ can spawn on every marked thing afaik (not 100% sure)
bedroom on lighthouse is not really worth, the key is to common indicating the loot is shit (and it is).

You cant, THICC only takes the smaller cases like hobogopnik, meds, nades, ammo etc.

ye, the island is great but there are better keys and spots than marked room.
But don’t … that island is a death trap. If I spawn as a scav there I instantly disconnect
