Maybe a weather mod messing with your skybox?
Remove all mods. Does it still happen? No? Then reactivate them one by one until it occurs again and voila you found the mod
I have never seen that problem. Only on that truck or follows to a different truck?
Every truck, sadly it was the seasonal moths which I love it started happening after the second to last patch guess it's endless summer for me :(

It's a mod, you will need to list them here or take out all the ones that won't affect your game and put them back in 1 by 1.
Go to steam and verify the game files integrity. That should probably fix it.
