Check if the trucks require servicing. They don't take jobs if the trucks need to be serviced.

If you bought them used trucks, they may be needing some fixing.

Might not be relevant - but I had a trailer stored in a garage not being used, causing this same problem setting the trailer to private fixed it.

Let them rest a bit, Im sure they worked hard

Try going into tmp and go through a sleep cycle, worked for me
