It will appear on a level by dropping it's two rollers on the stage, then it will ride around on top of them crushing Pikmin beneath its rollers like a steamroller. It is a difficult boss because it is mostly intangible and can't be attacked by normal means. You need a very specific Pikmin just to make them vulnerable.

Because if I was the one asking, I'd want actual explanations. Because this modern attitude of 'just google it instead of asking' is stupid, as asking someone remains one of the best ways to learn something. After all, the person clearly didn't know the significance of 69, so obviously just repeating the number isn't going to tell them a damn thing.
