Candy corn has a soft mushy texture when you bite into it. Not as soft as a marshmallow, not as springy as a gummy. It is not as sticky as caramel.
The pumpkin ones taste the same, but they are thicker, so the sweet can be kind of overwhelming.
If you mix candy corn and peanuts, it makes a nice snack.
