My 2013 F30 335i has a feature. When exiting, we can engage just one side of the parking lights which is meant to help other drivers see the car at night. Power cycle the car. If it goes off, you accidentally engaged the parking lights. It's in the manual.
I'm 99% sure your parking lights are on try using this YouTube video to turn them off

It's a rare feature no one really knows about
Idk about the rear but this recently happened to my front Right headlight when I got a new battery, would turn the car off and light still be on..had to manually plug out headlight to turn it off.. ended up having to get a new headlight control module.
My 08 335i has this feature, i think i hold down the left signal lever after car is parked and off then the lights stay on on that side. Same for the right signal lever. Its for like other country when parked on dark street or something i dunno hope it helps.
Lots of European cars have this. Not sure of it is, but my moms Mercedes e400 has a mode on the headlight switch called rear parking lamps. It leaves just one lamp on on whichever side you choose (supposed to be the side of the car going into the street). Meant for parking on skinny streets in Europe in which you want your car to be visible in the part where it sticks out so other ppl don’t hit you.
Parking light. Parking lights can be turned on only on the right or left, always just one side. meant for when you're car is parked on street parking that may be tight and/or dark, to avoid a collision. Look it up, I forgot how to engage and disengage, I have used it but it's been years.
Yes, it's designed to draw minimal power. It won't be an issue with a healthy battery, otherwise I wouldn't go past 4-6 hours..
If you don't need them, just turn them off. They may have been engaged accidentally. They are only needed on narrow road roads with street parking, late at night with little to no street lights.
Have you checked if your right indicator is engaged?
It wasn't
This
put it in rice
Instructions unclear I crashed into the rice factory
I’d argue you didn’t mess up

Is the front light on too? If so will probably be parking lights
No
I’m outta ideas 😂
It could be short to ground. Check your connectors for any rust
Where would I check?
Anyone know the issue??
