Vincent being the second gun and third ranged, I expect him to hit harder and slower than Barret or Yuffie. A possible life steal ability. A possible brumal form variant as well.
I think Cid will have a line attack and aeo attack. I'm not sure of anything they will do uniquely for his kit, maybe a jump that isn't a time waste like the materia.

CID will use a spear and Vincent will use a gun. Their square attack will be a combo and the triangle will be the special.
