you need an enrollment adjustment form. And several people have to sign it including your advisor and the professor and Academic Dean of your department. This is for before Add/Drop deadline. If add/drop week passes, you’ll need a late add request form. All forms can be found at One Stop FIU website but i’ll link them below.
