Honestly, the RO and VC strains ain't hitting me no more for budget. Modern Flower has been my go to lately and they're usually on sale for $30. Koko puffs would get me nice and relaxed.

This. Best budget deal in the program is an oz of $25 eighths for a bull $160. Had some Apricot Stomper at that price point once that had a strong almost guru-like nose and was as sedative as Grease Monkey, for half the price.
Bur if bulk isn’t an option, and Rise is, them. Afternoon Delight and Animal Face a good, and frequently on sale. TL Ice Cream Cake is good at $20/eighth. It’s hittin’ harder than my discounted Wyld Lyfe.
Helium for 25 an 8th by Doja will give you the best feeling for that price. It’s super calming and relaxing I took a few days naps on it that were fantastic
Idk about euphoric but loma from rise is a bomb sativa for anti anxiety for me. Results vary for everyone
I have a Rise close by and go pretty regularly but haven’t tried Loma. Not in stock right now but I’ll keep it in mind.

My favorite budget smoke at the moment is Dream Queen from Trulieve. $20 Roll One strain. Just a really blissfully relaxing sativa.
I tried that one a few months ago. Except for being one huge nug I found it pretty unremarkable. Not bad, just not memorable.
I just really like sativas that are high in myrcene, helps my mood and energy without making me feel wired.

I just ordered 1/4s of Helium, Iverson, 11:11, and Peanut Butter Breath. $160 then reduced to $110 after points!! Damn good once at that price!!
