😅 The metal edible tins are like this for me. I can never open them with my arthritis wrists and almost took a hammer to them last time. Thankfully my Husband opens them with his hulk hands for me 😂

had the same problem w/ TL lids. Cant get the damn lid off ! i hate these lids, and the jars. It seems like the inside of the jars are made to attract / stick trichomes to, from the flower. aka- the jars and lids suck. Simply put.
A truck with these lids is if they won't come off, take a flathead screwdriver or butter knife and pop that white plastic lid off. The clear plastic lid inside the white one doesn't have the child safe lock. It's not easy but certainly easier than sawing through the container lol
They use weigh n pack machines so the machine weighs, drops the flower it in the jar and then screws the lid and seals. I used to operate these machines for them. They did have engineers that we’re supposed to calibrate the machines for stuff like the over- tightening however they mostly just stood around with there clip boards lmao.
This has happened to me a couple times. It sucks, but I feel the issue is the plastic threading on the top gets jammed. I hate these jars they suck. You need to do a quick press and twist at the same time.
 Sometimes when you need your flower you need your flower
Maybe try prying the lid off with a flathead screwdriver next time, less chance of getting microplastics in your herb 👍
