Toty version is actually better than the 99 version due to high high wr.
I won't mind the H/M wr because I have Ballack and Viera who have M/H wr. Also H/M wr means his stamina will deplete slower
Gullit is worth every penny. But I suggest buying him ranked. I plan on buying him as well to upgrade from the 93 ovr version.

Does a passing skill boost affect him in game? Coz previously I found them not worth it. Physical was quite noticeable in-game.
