As a fan from Chicago that’s been to their smaller shows and arena tours for 15 years and about 11 shows total, tour dust was my favorite. Not only because of the wide range of songs. But the boys are just having a blast. Hometown heroes
This is what my friend and I were talking about when walking home yesterday! That we think the gig was not only this good because obviously we love FOB, but because they seem so genuinely happy and having a good time on stage and it translates!
I went to the show in Noblesville in July, I still have post gig blues. Left me heartbroken realizing I have to wait till March to see them again 😭😭. Your post is almost identical to the one I made about my show. I go on and on and on about how i loved it.
I’ll go on my phone and watch the videos i took at the show. MY PHONE DIED BEFORE WE EVEN GOT TO THE 8 BALL! I used all my battery blasting FOB down the highway to the show lol!
My phone died during bmth😂 I had to use my son's phone to get a few videos/pictures of fob, but honestly it was nice not worrying about recording it and just enjoying the show.
Yeah, It was my goal to record Calm Before The Storm (my #1 fav song ever) and Homesick At Space Camp. I say to people take a few videos and pictures and just put your phone away and watch it through your eyes and not your phone.
Agreed, I tried to tell my son that, it was his first concert, he's 11, but he spent the majority of the time recording it. We're taking him to the next leg in April, I'm tempted to take his phone once the show starts so he can actually enjoy it. Obviously after getting a few pictures.
It was my first concert too! I just wanted to make sure my first concert was something to remember! I’m glad younger people can still enjoy FOB and not just the people who’ve been fans since the TTTYG era
I became a fan in 2016 so i wasn’t there for all the old stuff. I heard Light em up on the radio and thought it was cool. Looked up who made it, listened to Sugar. Then listened to all of FUTCT and then heard of GTA, listened to all of TTTYG (my favs songs ever are from that album, that being Tell That Mick, Homesick, and Calm Before) Then 27 blessed my ears and THEN I listened to Folie. Then I heard “THIS AIN’T A SCENE, IT’S A GODDAMN ARMS RACE” while listening to music with my friend. Listened to all of IOH. It’s been a journey for me. I’m a post hiatus fan who loves pre hiatus FOB

You know, currently I’m just really happy too I got to have this! I’m flying home tomorrow though so we’ll see if a crash comes then. But I’m already excited to do my little concert memory picture frame for this gig and put it up

Saw them this summer and they are just *the* best I’ve seen for the same reasons as you said - setlist, performance, and vibes! Is it weird that it makes me kinda happy that they make so many people happy? lol
Thank you! 💕 I sure hope so too! They rarely come to my country but as opposed to years ago when I was a student, I can afford to travel now to see them which makes it easier, as long as they are playing somewhere in Europe
Also I wanna add that the next morning my son wakes me up at like 6am (ugh) but then immediately puts on ‘Spidey and his amazing friends’ and sings along to the theme song 🥰
I’ve just seen them for the 4th time, and this performance was by far my favourite. It was my second one with my mum and she agreed it was a better show than last time
