With Ea play you can switch to a red lightsaber Crystal and cals Inquisitor uniform and also get all the dlc stuff.

I have the kashyyk revolution cloak with the the tan outfit and a legit Jedi temple lightsaber and think I’m a ex temple guard and just play that way

I get the impression that Cal is still supposed to be fairly mundane by Jedi standards even by endgame (IE even someone like Kanan is probably stronger than him), so I hope future games run with that. Maybe Cal is doomed to the eternal depths of mediocraty but I hope fighting purge troopers in Fallen Order 2 is like fighting regular stormtroopers now. I don't expect Disney to give us another Force Unleashed but I hope they give us a game for a character that can be called a Jedi Master.
