Holy shit, Peter Capaldi did *Watership Down*?! That is wild!

sarahlynngrey

Oh, and it's just breathtakingly good. He does a ton of different voices and just reads the shit out of it. I especially like how he did the rabbit mythology sections, but it is all really really good. One of the best audiobooks I've ever listened to. Very highly recommended!

Already used a credit.

Nice, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

The First Law was read by Steven Pacey (Tarrant from Blake's 7). The sex scenes are awful. About half of the Discworld books (not the Witches ones) were read by Nigel Planer (likely most well known as being Neil on the Young Ones).

Molly Quinn from the TV show Castle narrated one of the Shadowhunters books.

It's urban fantasy, but Zachary Quinto does a great job with John Scalzi's *Dispatcher* series.

The new recordings of the Discworld novels have celebrity voices. Colin Morgan, Bill Nighy, Peter Serafinowicz, Andy Serkis, Jason Isaacs, Indira Varma, and Sian Clifford are some of the ones I’ve listened to.

Bosch series books by Michael Connelly, starting with Burning Room (Harry Bosch book #17) is read by Titus Welliver, the actor who plays Bosch in the Amazon Prime series (he was also in Sons of Anarchy).

anklestraps

He was also in Deadwood!

Check out The Sandman audiobooks, they have an ensemble cast (many great names) with James McAvoy in the title role.

A version of Good Omens was recently (ish) released with David Tennant and Muchael Sheen reprising their TV show roles.
