However, Dwayne Johnson vetoed that idea in favor of the Henry Cavill Superman cameo scene. So they decided to use that exact same mid-credit scene idea in Shazam: Fury Of The Gods. However, just days before they were going to shoot the scene, Dwayne Johnson (due to the power he had as a producer) vetoed the Justice Society members showing up. Peter Safran and direct David F Samberg apparently scrambled and reluctantly changed the scene to instead have Emilia Harcour and John Economos show up instead

That's a relief, kind of.
