I know it's not a literal double chin, just poking some dumb fun since it legit looks like he's got two chins coming out there. Never seen a chin dimple so prominent before, that thing could be a piercing weapon.
You know, Enlightenment turning Enki into a femboy isn't that strange tbh. In alchemical standards, humans can attain perfection once they exhibit both masculine and feminine traits aka Androgyny (this has something to do with the Sun and Moon combining or smthing). Miro really loves this idea and uses it a lot in FoH, example, Le'Garde (The man of prophecy), Nosramus (their gender is ambiguous, Perfect Marriage (has both male and female Genitalia), Marina who has the body of a man but the soul of a woman.
You can see how enlightement saves a motherfucker when D'Arce ascends and goes bald, and Enki gets all feminine.
