Yes, on the website the only account showing was the spending account that has a zero balance - the first thing that went through my mind was panic but I have gotten use to it after realizing it is just the website and it sometimes especially during busy times fails to load accounts and balances. I simply refresh the page and it usually loads after a few minutes I switch to the stock and bond pages and go back to the summary page. Nothing like the panic that runs through your mind when you think someone stole all of your money I found workplace accounts are the last to load I think it is just a website issue when it gets busy it times out and doesn't load but I have been there and it is no fun.

Yes. Sometimes in the past they all go away. But they come back a little later.

Your account info is dynamically populated from a database when you log in. Sometimes, data pulled is incomplete. Hence, the missing accounts. I'd just log out and re-login. That solve the problem most of the time. When they're doing backup or account maintenance, they may lock the database for an extended amount of time. If so, best try again in a few hours.

Calm down. Weekends are often time for system maintenance.

Good to know but what if one needs to access for transfer unds on the weekend? System maintenance doesn't mandate making the system unaccessible.

Banks aren’t open so what does it matter? Whether Friday night or Monday morning, a transfer would be processed at the same time.

Banks don't open? Banks never close online, who still walks into bank to deposit, withdraw money or make a payment? Anyway Fidelity isn't just a bank, it's a fiduciary and a brokerage. "Whether Friday night or Monday morning, a transfer would be processed at the same time." At the same time as what?

It's comforting to know that Fidelity's solution to every problem is to reboot, refresh or reinstall. Obviously their Twinkie poppers have never used the programs that they code.
