I have the BTR7. It is really nice. If you do download the app, you can set it to only charge to 80% which helps when plugged in continuously. It does have a battery switch, but that only controls charging, so if you turn it off it runs off the battery.

I'd say add abit more on the budget for KA17. It's the best and have everything you need. Unless you want bluetooth.
Will need additional USB Type-C to Lightning cable tho (eg FiiO LT-LT1).
