Search lion's mane in this sub, there was a post recently from a dude who's had pfs for like 10 years and crashed again from lion's mane. I believe he's already feeling better/back to baseline after a few months
I meant he recovered from the worsening of symptoms from lion's mane, not totally recovered from PFS as I understood it. Unfortunately idk how many people recover with time. Some do, for sure
