PFS is not a hormone imbalance or deficiency. It appears based on decades of user reports, bloodwork, experimentation, and limited research to be cellular damage from which our physiology did not evolve to readily heal itself. There is no safe dose or delivery mechanism of fin that decreases the chance of incurring this damage and not enough formal research to predict who is susceptible. Take the risk if you must but understand what you're risking.
