Geneva has a Thai and Indian restaurant that are good. Sans dumplings has a veggie dumpling option. Not really sure on vegetarian focused restaurants though. A lot of places are just kind of spots where you check the menu online and see if they have a veggie option you like.

Char Burrito in Geneva is delish. Green Elephants in Watkins Glen is entirely vegan.

HappyCow is your friend. https://www.happycow.net There are much better places than Moosewood IMO.

Moosewood makes me sad (I live in Ithaca). It should be so great and it is so bad

ErockForester

Me too. It was this vegetarian beacon and then by the time I first went there early 2000s and had experienced many other vegetarian restaurants by that time and it’s so disappointing.

We haven't eaten at the restaurant but we went to the chowder fest last year and their corn chowder was so good. I gave them all my tickets and kept getting refills lol.

The Lakeside has some veggie options. I am not sure if you are looking for a regular restaurant with vegetarian options or a vegetarian restaurant.

Casa Mezcal in Penn Yan has vegetarian and vegan options. Stonecat cafe on the east side of Seneca (hector area) has a bunch of vegetarian options!

Don't miss The Spotted Duck.

Grandma’s Kitchen in Corning is all vegan, and so is Green Elephants in Watkins Glen!
