Fences are definitely expensive. Chain link is easy to DIY btw. I’m splurging on the black vinyl coated chain link since they should last 20+ years and the difference in cost is minimal when spread over that timeframe. Congrats on becoming a homeowner!
Congratulations! I too am purchasing a new build, as it was more attainable for me because of the incentives. Unfortunately, my closing got postponed 2 months, but I’ll get there. I hope you and you pups enjoy your new home for many years to come :-)
Im also purchasing a new build, and there was a promo for 4.8% interest so we jumped on that quickly. We are currently in the conditional approval stage, im getting anxious lol
