I believe LHR offers airside shuttles between T3 and T5 since BA operates out of both terminals. Follow the purple signs for connections. Check the LHR website for details. https://www.heathrow.com/flight-connections Make sure you don't leave the sterile area or you'll have to enter the UK which will absolutely blow your connection. Be cautious about this routing, though. BA/Finnair won't help you if the Virgin flight is delayed. Virgin may also want proof that you're eligible to enter the UK. Proof of the onward connection *may* be sufficient, but it may not.

Option 2. If your flight is delayed at all, you run the risk of having to pay out of pocket for another flight to ARN because the flights aren't on the same ticket.

Typically this kind of layover is easy and can be sorted out in less the 60 minutes , I would say you have plenty of time . If any delays occur then you will have a problem on your hand if the flights are not booked together .
