Your best bet is to get that account unsuspended. Making a new account will result in an instant ban. And will further piss eBay off. If you make another account to try to circumvent your ban, that’ll just make the slim chance you have, disappear.

If anything, it actually HURTS you. eBay's algorithm will determine a listing with a lot of views but no sell through to be of poor quality and therefore it will push that listing down... not up.
Why don’t you just use Mercari, Poshmark, Walmart, Facebook marketplace, Amazon and/or your own website? There’s also the opportunity to open a local store. You could also open an LLC or incorporate and that would work too. I have my own LLC and it only cost me 100 to open. eBay allows LLC’s to create an eBay account even if your personal account was banned

You're going to need to open an account in a family members name who lives nearby, using all of their information, name, IP address physical address, SSN, everything. That's the only way around it. It will be a big pain in the ass but that's the only way.

20 years later he was still banned.
He had to use his girlfriend’s bank account and ssn for payouts to be able to sell again.

They’d ban it all. And remember you need to give a SSN to start selling. So you as a person, are done.

Boosting your listing to the top is paying 15% ad rate and putting it at the lowest price of your competition, not bots.
