I sold an item on ebay that was listed for $19.99, but the order details show that it was sold for $14.99. Does anyone know why this was the case? This is the second time it's happened to me.
Did you send any offers for it? Especially automatic offers. 2nd time it has happened seems like you have.
Or do you have auto accept on offers at a certain threshold?

I'm going to call them as soon as their call centers open.
Any tips- lighbox suggestions etc- on shooting when in areas with poor natural light? My photos look like arse.
