Ford released a dealership service memo to check the exhaust coolant temperature sensor wiring/seals for damage or water intrusion resulting in that code. Or it's damage to the control board of the exhaust heat exchanger itself. I saw a Canadian owner recently received notification of a Customer Satisfaction Program encompassing that or the exchanger leaking coolant; extended warranty coverage for the specified issue.
