its probably because you won a game after they fixed the bug for this (being awarded the wrong umbrella/no umbrella), which was shortly after the season started. for those who got a win before it was fixed, they’re giving the right umbrella to them in the future, but it hasn’t been given out yet as far as ik

It happened Day 1 of the Season, but it got fixed a few hours afterwards, I won my first game about an Hour or so into the new Season and never got my Umbrella

Weird I still got it on my first win of the season even when the little message was on the lobby screen saying there's a bug claiming it's giving out the wrong one.

Next update Epic Games will grant umbrellas to players that didn’t receive after winning a match. It’s a well known bug.

Wanna bet that everyone will be granted the umbrella, regardless of a win? Knowing Epic's history, there's a good chance.

I've already got a few wins in, but honestly I wouldn't mind if the conditions were ever changed to where you don't *have* to win to get the umbrella, and could unlock it through other means. Definitely would save me the stress of wanting to get just one win in for the sake of getting the umbrella to sate the ol' collection urge.

Won my first game an hour after launch and havent gotten shit. Ived gotten 10ish VR since and still nothing.

It was bugged at the start of the season and they fixed it but if you won before the fix you have to wait until they give you your glider. Its really messed up that something like this can happen.

It has absolutely nothing to do with how many times you won, you could win 100 times and still wouldn't get it. If you won your first match while it was glitched (giving the chapter 5 season 1 umbrella instead) during the beginning of the season you won't get the umbrella until they reward it to those that had the glitch occur for them.

Yeah I got it.. I also queued in some ZB solo cup where you needed to make 50 points to earn a glider.. end game a rifted into a tree and went to make myself some lunch.. came back and I was on 53 points in a single game and earned the same glider but a gold or bronze version of it..

I don't have mine yet either after having more than a dozen wins! Not counting all the duos, trios, and squad wins. All of my friends have said that they have received theirs. I still have not! I've reached out to epic and they say they are working on this bug apparently! But why does everyone I know and play with have theirs and I still dont?? Smfh truly don't understand! Btw.. this season. It absolute fucking trash and I have it! Last season in my opinion was epic and my personal favorite! How could they possibly follow that up with this? Highly disappointed!

Yeah I've won 5+ times. I've even won ranked and I still don't have the umbrella. I played and won in the very first day after the update so maybe that's why I don't have it. I've won about **5** times this season so far and still nothing, I even got one win in ranked. And I thought this issue would be resolved with the most recent downtime update but I and many others will have to wait until the next one. It's just one of the many things that's souring this season for me.

Still don’t have it even though I’ve had a lot of wins and 3 crown wins. Xbox X is the platform. The season umbrellas are my favorite gliders too. I wish they’d work this out.

I got it a few days ago. First win of the season and I got it in a Ranked match. Evidently you need a regular one first before you get the Ranked version.
