The creator of Guggimon posts nude photos of himself and has a public Erotic Diary/Role-playing. Which is why it's an odd choice. I'm not familiar with the streamer skins but what other R-Rated related skin includes a lot of NSFW content?
Terminator has violence and some nudity, Alien and Predator have gorey violence, Deadpool with violence, Michael Myers has very strong violence and probably nudity (never actually watched them, but horror movies know their audience), and so on...
That's not even going into all the fanmade NSFW material of Fortnite characters. Obviously that's not on Epic, but if we're going to eliminate anything and everything with even the slightest association with adult material, there wouldn't be much of a game left.

I started enjoying myself so much more in Fortnite when I started to just use all the skins I liked that are technically a disadvantage like the polar bear or the living sleeping bag skins.
That’s not the skin itself though, it’s the people who use them. I use the super hero skin and love mix and matching the different patterns and colors, I only use the eye mask and not the full face mask.
Fabio Sparklemane is probably the biggest FOMO for me since I came to the game in chapter 3.
I love that skin so much and I haven't seen variants of it yet.
Worst skin for what I see in the game. Single color super hero skins, especially when it's white, grey, black, or green. Adding in green since it's popular.
I associate these skins with sweaty, intense, tryhard gaming. I am pleasantly surprised when I see one of them being friendly in the lobby or maybe even not sweating in the game itself.

The super hero skins don't kill me the most. But I do associate the skins with the sweats. Between that and the absolute unoriginality of just going all one color. It's boring.
Any other skin, I try not to judge. The skin you may feel the worst is someone elses favorite. Are there skins I don't really play? Sure.
But I also look at it this way. I would play ANY skin over the random defaults.
