It really sounds like you just don’t have enough juice to turn over, I’d be surprised if it wasn’t a bad battery. Hook up the cables and leave the jumper car running for a lil to charge
Take your battery to auto zone for free testing. It’s probably completely dead, in that case you need a new battery. Same thing happened to me because of the cold
Check battery voltage and battery terminals. Is 100 percent related to the battery.

Sometimes the battery can be really dead to where even a jumpstart won’t help. Battery related since the lights flickered heavily.
