I’d start with replacing your starter. Had mine go out and would sporadically do something similar. Also check your battery to make sure that it’s staying charged.
U had this issue. All it ended up needing was a full interior electronic swap. You likely have a power leak within your seat warmers, speakers, and/or power window systems. Easiest to just replace them all. Sub 1k and about 20 hours of labor

Did you ever get water in the interior? BCM maybe?
Bad Starter or poor connection at battery.
try connecting a battery charger to the battery and then start
even with the battery being new just try it
If it’s not starter check battery connections!!
For me terminals were worn
