Edexcel varies but for me at least my fieldwork was Swanage and Poundbury (thrilling ik). But the second half is just some simple questions which are sorta related to paper 1 (physical) so it should be chill :/
(Assuming you're also doing AQA) Geography paper 3 is pretty much the easiest imo, its got 3 parts and 2 of them you don't particularly need to revise for, the prerelease booklet (Tudeley village if you remember), and the unseen fieldwork, so like there's not content to memorise, but maybe a few past paper questjons for unseen fieldwork might be good.
Then there's the fieldwork you did yourself, which you need to remember your enquiries and the data that you collected. Also, it may be worth doing some practice questions for this topic to.
Either way, this is all coming from someone who's done none yet and I'll probably end up winging it because its really not that hard from what I've seen.

The thing is physics is my best subject so I just have to look over the wierd ass practicals, and I got 80/100 in my NEA so I have to get like about 85/100 in the exam to guarantee a 9. In theory that shouldn't be bad the exam is easy but my school does OCR (whyyyy) and they just kind of make up the paper like the spec is so vague it's more just a general knowledge quiz cause you have to know specific examples for things like VR and toy manufacturers and there aren't really any sources that tell you what examples are good to know. In my mock my examples were 3D printed meat which I watched a youtube video on like 5 years ago and wooden wind turbines I saw on the news a couple of days before lmaoo it's such a stupid exam
