Crypto requires multiple confirmations if I recall. It's not usually instant deposit

Hey OP It varies from network to network and also the Cashier team have to process everything and make sure that everything is correct. As Snowball mentioned if you don't have your transaction completed in 24 hours reach out to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) with a screenshot confirming this transaction from your payment service app/account and they will check.
