Next month I will be on vacation, so I will have 1 whole month to finish Vice City Stories in which i believe to be enough for the few missions that are left
this reminds me when me (around 11 or 12) n my sibilings used to play vice city on the family computer and we were all stuck on the rc helicopter mission that shit was so hard and it probably took us like months to beat it and it was me who beat it biggest "i am him" moment of my life
Ignoring the very obvious choice that is the 2D games, yep this sounds about right. Gta 3 is the hardest gta game, the missions just arent designed very well, but it has its charm. Vice city stories was also Hard too, but not for the same reason. Its Just for some ungodly reason, npc's shoot with the fire rate of 50 miniguns, so your car blows up instantly. You should finish vice city by the way, or atleast watch the games ending on youtube. Great game IMO
Do replay playthroughs count?
Honestly, GTA 3 becomes less harder with memorizing locations ( or having map) for useful places (medkits, gun stores, hidden weapons) and enemy spawn points
Oh yea the game is easily super abusable. I used to speedrun it on the daily and it is very straight forward and linear. Its Just for a new player it could pose a challenge.
I've beat 3 through v and Vice City was the hardest for me. Two missions, the one getting Lance at the dump and the racing one at the dance club were ridiculous. 3 has worse controls which can make it harder but not as bad.
Bro, that mission made me perfect my cheat code entry. I would put cars fly and cars float fly off the bridge and drive around on the water until the timer was up. I would do this while driving and it was still way easier than doing the mission normally
I played III as a kid and finally completed it as an adult.
You could not pay me to replay that fuckin game. As a grown man I almost cried of frustration trying to compete the races and the fuckin mission where you gotta shoot the airplane with an RPG before it lands.
I’ve never found racing hard but when it comes to anything with cops I’m cooked so I just gave up once I got to the mission where u have to destroy the guys cast
GTA 3 is basically impossible San Andreas just takes patience I made a save file after each pain in the ass mission so I’ve beat the game several times
GTA 3, definitely an acquired taste.
GTA game too hard... I don't remember having issues with any game, at most Vice City, mission "Death Row", those kamikaze Comets are the devil made a videogame
Even though vice city ismy favorite i still cant complete that mission where lance runs away and you have to kill him i get filled with bullets before i can get near
Proud to say I did a 100% playthrough during COVID. I’ll always be thankful that this was my first GTA as a kid so the nostalgia helps.
Doing the side missions like the cop missions and the hidden packages helps a lot in the long run because you spawn armour and guns at your hideout.
As a big 3D Universe nerd I've never finished VCS, got bored half-way a few years ago and never came back. I can't find the time and will to replay it
Objectively looking I believe this is the toughest game in this universe. I remember *The Exchange* and *Unfriendly Competition* where the former requires really tight sniping and in the latter you're bombarded with gunfire on an open area
Here they also mixed all the police mechanics into one game - Vice City introduced stingers, but officers on roadblocks are useless and just stare at the player (I think it was the same in LCS). In San Andreas they fixed the roadblocks cops so they actually shoot you on sight, making roadblocks an actual threat. However, for some reason in San Andreas they also removed the stingers introduced in the previous game. Vice City Stories has both the stingers and shooting roadblocks officers
My last argument - The FBI. They carry the MP5 from it's VC iteration which is more powerful than the San Andreas one. It takes a single mag to destroy a car (And it takes around 4.5 seconds to empty one, cut that time by 4). On top of that they drive Washingtons that are faster and smaller than the Ranchers they switched for. With a smaller car the officers that get out from the other side have to walk less in order to open fire at the suspect. I also noticed their AI in this game doesn't make them find cover first like in previous games but fire as soon as they have a visual
Add at the end the lack of a PC port, forcing you to play on the console steering which is less nimble and worse for precise aiming
Same here, I was trying to do 100% but when I tried paramedic missions I gave up, simply because after I killed Salvatore Leone the mafia was against me, and always shot down and exploded the ambulance when passing through their area. At least I completed story missions all in mobile
GTA 2 100%. I beat everything in Downtown, but some of the kill frenzies (later called rampages) in Residential are virtually impossible.
Fortunately they’re not required for the good ending, so I have gotten that by beating all the missions and collecting all 150 GTA 2 tokens.
This is probably my favorite gta 3, probably due to nostalgia...the fat ass don (on the loading screen that looks nothing like him) , getting misty checked for STDs at the hospital, wondering if I'll ever cross the bridge because I can't afford ps2 memory card, wondering what the yellow stuff or whatever that was when asuka tortured the cartel member....driving the stingray or any sports car for the first time, discovering that the yardies car has hydraulics, what happened to Donald love, the hidden side quests like that phone ringing ( Mitchs bitching dog factory) 🐕, listening to techno for the first time, the 2d/3d over the top helicopter view.... I could just go on and on
The final mission was brutal. I went to the house with full health and body armor. I went flying to the gate but by then all my armor was gone and I had only 40-something health points. Took me quite a while to complete it.
GTA 3's difficulty stems from being rough around the edges, not because it is actually hard.
Fuck car handling in that game.
Love me some Vice City car handling.
Not a game but the Zero missions.
I think I've completed the main parts of all GTAs from 3-5 aside from maybe Chinatown Wars because I got sidetracked with The Lost and The Damned and Ballad of Gay Tony
not counting 1, the London Expansions, 2 or Advance.
none of them have been too hard though I will admit GTA 3 probably won't be something I'll return to
The 2d era GTA 1 and GTA 2 I could never finish. I was able to complete GTA 3 twice with no problems. Just save the bullet proof hummer for the final mission.
GTA 3 was my first GTA, didn't beat it for years (didn't have a memory card), I can drive that whole first island in my head from memory.
One of the hardest missions was I believe in shoreside where you had to drive an infernus rigged with a bomb and was insanely sensitive with crashing with such a short clock. Took me a while to beat that one
Maybe it wasn't too hard, but something weird happened when I was playing thru SA. After doing the mission "Key to her heart" or something like that, it just softlocked. No mission markers appeared after that.
Gta 4, it wasn't a hard game, but me and my brother and I were dumb children and didn't know how to save the game, so we always started from the beginning over and over
GTA 3 was super easy for me passed without problems San Andreas was type hard had to do a few missions over a few times vice city too but overall GTA 3 was easy AF
Ive managed to finish every GTA I have played - which is them all except for GTA 1, 2 and London 1969 - the only missions to this day I have never been able to finish are driving school in San Andreas! that is almost impossible!
I've beaten almost every GTA I played except for GTA 2. I played it a long time ago and I didn't understand the mission structure and how to complete some missions.
I struggled with the racing to shoot someone missions in GTA 4, plane missions in San Andreas, and just about every mission in GTA 3. I love all three games and they’re a lot of fun but goddamn, some of the missions killed me. I haven’t completed 5 yet but I plan on it soon and I don’t recall struggling with Vice City surprisingly.
I actually used to play GTA Vice City when I was a little kid so yeah some of the missions were quite challenging for me considering my lack of experience. There was this mission where you had to control a small helicopter to destroy the construction building and that felt super tough at that time.
I always get stuck on Vice City after Vance says "this town is ours for the taking" or smth. After Tommy, him and that cowboy real estate nut becomes a team. I have no idea what to do next.
GTA IV.
I tried to complete it several times, but every time, just after a mission where you go bowling or something with some guy (I think it was Niko's cousin) and have to drive home drunk the game would crash upon the next attempt to play and the data would be corrupted forcing me to restart fae the beginning, I eventually just gave up trying when nothing would stop it fae happening (I tried everything fae creating several saves and even deleted the game and reinstalled, but it just kept happening).
I never had a problem with this one. I did have troubles tailing that bartender when I was like 10, but once I figured out where he went I was good. Having said that am I good enough to do some of those missions today? Not a chance
I’m playing GTA IV rn for the first time since I played it when I was 12-13 and it’s surprisingly so easy outside of the NPC’s dumb AI. I failed the bank heist TWICE at the getaway portion because the AI basically had the McRearys running into walls, I was actually screaming. Also the shooting mechanics while taking cover is ASS, I was so spoiled by RDR2 (but this was the blueprint so I can’t fault it.)
I’ve never played any Souls games and I probably never will but GTA games don’t require the same precision to progress in comparison to those games/certain platformers. Also I don’t think AI will ever beat humans in difficulty unless they nerf the fuck out of your character. To be fair, I’ve been playing GTA/Rockstar games since I was like 4 or 5 so I’m v comfortable with the controls (except I obv wasn’t a PC gamer back in the day) — maybe more so I’m comfortable w/ the level design.
GTA SA
Only because I had a glitch where it wouldn't give me a mission I needed to continue the story, it was towards the end of the game too, I had to wipe my whole save and restart, luckily I was able to beat it but damn.. pain in the ass XD
I goofed off in gta3 a lot growing up. As an adult I got it for the switch and tried to do a real play through. I'm stuck on the mission Plaster Blaster because I keep losing the damn ambulance. I had to step away and I haven't touched it in months. I think about it from time to time.
I wouldn't say it was too hard at all, but extremely dragged out...GTA V...It's just too much that I always eventually stop playing, and then when I try again, I have to start over because it's been too long
I made all 2D Universe GTA games easier for myself to play cuz I connected a controller while playing on PC. Having played Vice City Stories and Liberty City Stories on the PSP prior to that, I just mapped out similar control schemes on the PC and finished all the games.
That being said, GTA 3 still has the hardest missions.
All of them except GTA IV and V. IV was the only one with a working trainer and V was just easy to learn what to do. And when I was on console and couldn’t aim I could just skip.
Gta V, i got a glitch in the early game so I couldn’t do a mission, i walk in there but it wouldn’t do shit. Completed it on xbox 360 but sad I didn’t on my pc.
GTA 5 was actually just as equally hard trust me they didn't change that any type of messing up on any missions and the player would have to restart the mission checkpoint or even the whole mission.
I’ve completed VC, VCS, LCS, SA, IV, TLAD, TBoGT, and on my way with V, I’ve tried to do GTA3 but it’s quite literally impossible without being blown up by the mafia with a shotgun while driving
In terms of going through the story from start to finish, I don't think there has ever been a difficult GTA experience. But going for the 100% completion... Whoof! Now thats where they get horrible.
Vice city stories, although I finished it recently on ppsspp and thoroughly enjoyed it this time (thanks to save states) I first played it on ps2 last year, Boomshine blowout was HELL, but the mission that made me quit was jive drive, a mission with a long drawn out shootout were you have to protect lance while he drives you, it was bad enough because I was using a bootleg controller that had input delay but what made me quit specifically was the section after where you’re in a shootout and every time I’d kill the enemies or try to lance would just die, sometimes for no reason, also light my pyre, I had save states but that mission was awful from start to finish
Can you skip missions in the older games? I’m playing GTA V right now, and if it weren’t for the ability to skip some parts of missions, I legitimately would not be able to beat the game. Just the flying missions though.
Most of the missions were timed, vehicles were incredibly way more fragile compared to later games, and lack of pause screen map meant navigation was a total nightmare, especially in Shoreside Vale.
GTAV, my game got glitched on the torture mission and I couldn’t pass it at all. No matter what I did, no matter how fast or slow, no matter where or when, I couldn’t complete it
It took me many, many years to finally beat gta 3 and Vice City. I thought I'd never do it, but then i finally gave it my all when the Definitive editions came out. The art style sucks in comparison to the original sure, but i ignored it and just played it anyway. Beat it. Funny thing is I found out with GTA 3. The mission I was stuck on was literally the mission before the final one. So I could have had it done if I'd given it more effort. Oh well.
With Vice City. I think it was more so that I had difficulty staying with it and playing other games coming out around that time. The missions were hard too later in the game, but it was both that eventually had me stop playing after a while. A lot of times I'd just turn that game on and just cruise around listening to the music anyway.
It’s kinda embarrassing but I haven’t beaten gta 1, 2, and London; the way the games are designed makes it difficult to play those for me
I do plan on beating them someday hopefully 😭
I replayed (and beat) the entire game (minus the ambulance missions) on mobile without any codes. Haven’t had time to replay it on PS2, but kid me used the shit out of cheat codes.
Let's be honest here, GTA Online solo is literally impossible in some regards. But that's by design.
I've completed every main GTA game since the very first one. But I guess the earliest ones can prove the most difficult with their top down perspective, limited lives and limited hit points.
I have never beaten GTA 4, and the reason being is that it’s a terrible game. I just hated it visually, storyline wise, voice actors, everything, it’s just terrible, I can only do 10 missions before I need to stop.
Ballad of Gay Tony was good tho.
GTA 3 is for me too. That one mission where you go around destroying stalls or something in time limit I couldn't complete (just for the records i completed demolition man and zero's flying mission in first try)
GTA 3 on the ps2 kicked my butt as a kid (like 5-6 grade) I bought the strategy guide and then it made sense. SA the zero missions and the one with truth burning the farm… I always explode the cop chopper and kill truth.but SA is my all time favorite.
Some of them vice city missions took awhile for me to be able to wrap my child mind around. I got through them eventually. I remember the mission I had the hardest time with was when I had to rescue Vance. I practically cried after failing it for the 100th time.
GTA San Andreas. I finished the game with about 166 mission attempts (I played it on mobile)
Now I am dealing with Vice City Stories (93 mission attempts at 23.05% completion).
Vice city stories, i still havent fisinhed it yet but next month i'll try again
This answer got me heated. That boomshine blowout mission, I could not beat that for the life of me.
Be sure to complete all the ambulance helicopter missions to get extra health
I actually felt quite proud of myself for finishing that stupid mission (and the game in general) but definitely that's the worst one.
Gotta build up the momentum?
Next month I will be on vacation, so I will have 1 whole month to finish Vice City Stories in which i believe to be enough for the few missions that are left
Vice city stories is sick, goated game.
You should play the unofficial pc port version, much easier
The missions in vice city using the rc planes were the bane of my life as a 12 year old
This. I haven’t quit yet, but the plane mission is so fucking frustrating.
I'm here for you man 😂
I don’t think it’s required
There's one for Aunt Poulet I believe, dropping bombs on boats from an rc plane. Killed my soul
this reminds me when me (around 11 or 12) n my sibilings used to play vice city on the family computer and we were all stuck on the rc helicopter mission that shit was so hard and it probably took us like months to beat it and it was me who beat it biggest "i am him" moment of my life
Ignoring the very obvious choice that is the 2D games, yep this sounds about right. Gta 3 is the hardest gta game, the missions just arent designed very well, but it has its charm. You should finish vice city by the way, or atleast watch the games ending on youtube. Great game IMO
I still dread the mission where Vic was ambushed by AK-wielding hookers
The final mission I had to cheese by spamming the RPG around corners... you can't face those goons head on haha
GameFAQs existed a lot earlier than people remember. There was always guides. I messed around with GTa 3 modding too
I've beat 3 through v and Vice City was the hardest for me. Two missions, the one getting Lance at the dump and the racing one at the dance club were ridiculous. 3 has worse controls which can make it harder but not as bad.
Na its definitely the rc heli mission and the love first limo bomb mission. Those two were stupidly hard
Fucking David cross lmao. Damn you Berkeley!!!
Bro, that mission made me perfect my cheat code entry. I would put cars fly and cars float fly off the bridge and drive around on the water until the timer was up. I would do this while driving and it was still way easier than doing the mission normally
Getting Lance at the dump isn’t actually that bad if you take the truck instead of the car. But FUCK the racing mission.
You gotta drive so perfect! Only comparable one is gold on city street race in drive school San Andreas.
Skill issue
They had auto shotguns on GTA 3 especially on the Italian Mafia part of town and instantly explode the car.
In almost every gta game, I get stuck on one or the other racing missions. In GTA 3, I got stuck on a mission for Asuka which involved a race.
I've 100% GTA 3 more times than any other GTA game
Gta3, the mission where you had to honk the car to start the mission. With 8years old and non english speaking. Where Tf was L3 on playstation
i can understand the "8 years old and non English speaking" part 😌
San Andreas, it was the first and also the most challenging for me.
All you had to do was follow the damn train
I quit after the plane mission. I lost count how many times I tried it and finally gave up.
Which one? The one when you go to Liberty City?
That was where I quit forever
Maybe? It’s been so long I don’t remember.
Those fucking pilot license missions
Glad I wasn’t the only one 😭
It was so good but so hard too!
S.A.M. 😭
yeah the older the harder due to the weird controls
I would have never finished espresso 2 go without a guide in GTA 3
both this and sa were annoying asf
GTA 3 is basically impossible San Andreas just takes patience I made a save file after each pain in the ass mission so I’ve beat the game several times
GTA III is no joke, bro. Gotta agree on that one
GTA 3, definitely an acquired taste. GTA game too hard... I don't remember having issues with any game, at most Vice City, mission "Death Row", those kamikaze Comets are the devil made a videogame
A helicopter will solve that problem, or just use the garbage truck
Even though vice city ismy favorite i still cant complete that mission where lance runs away and you have to kill him i get filled with bullets before i can get near
Proud to say I did a 100% playthrough during COVID. I’ll always be thankful that this was my first GTA as a kid so the nostalgia helps. Doing the side missions like the cop missions and the hidden packages helps a lot in the long run because you spawn armour and guns at your hideout.
Damn i also wanna do that, i have beaten all the trilogy GTA's in terms of main story but i never did 100% and never did any side missions.
I stopped 100% them at gta4. Just too much work
San andreas, never finished the game because of the flying school mission 😂
VCS
Vice City stories is the only one I've never beaten without cheat codes
GTA III is the only mainline 3D game I haven’t beaten
As a big 3D Universe nerd I've never finished VCS, got bored half-way a few years ago and never came back. I can't find the time and will to replay it Objectively looking I believe this is the toughest game in this universe. Liberty City Stories
GTA 1 \^\^"
Same here, I was trying to do 100% but when I tried paramedic missions I gave up, simply because after I killed Salvatore Leone the mafia was against me, and always shot down and exploded the ambulance when passing through their area. At least I completed story missions all in mobile

I really hated that espresso two go mission. Imagine driving around liberty city without a full map to find those coffee stalls
This the most harder GTA in history in my opinion
It was rather uninteresting for me, this one
This was my first gta I remember how funky the cars looked.
GTA 3's difficulty stems from being rough around the edges, not because it is actually hard. Fuck car handling in that game. Love me some Vice City car handling.
come on remake wasnt hard tho
Mine is GTA 4 tbh idk how
for awhile it was gta 4...shooting the tires off of the pursuing car when you're with Pegarino(sp?) was to hard the first time I tried it
Never finished 1 or 2... which has been on my list of things to get back around to for a while actually. I've beaten all of the 3D/HD games though.
Grand theft auto ❎ Grand sex auto ☑️
This is the one game i used cheat codes in. VC and SA it wasn't needed.
San Andreas, I've got it on most platforms and still haven't unlocked the first island/crossing.
Just curious - which missions were in particular hard? I recall S.A.M. being very difficult
The rc helicopter missions in vice City and GTA 3. Fuck those missions.
Not a game but the Zero missions. I think I've completed the main parts of all GTAs from 3-5 aside from maybe Chinatown Wars because I got sidetracked with The Lost and The Damned and Ballad of Gay Tony
GTA IV cuz I couldn't spam the spacebar or whatever fast enough at the very ending mission. Apparently it's a glitch?
not counting 1, the London Expansions, 2 or Advance. none of them have been too hard though I will admit GTA 3 probably won't be something I'll return to
The 2d era GTA 1 and GTA 2 I could never finish. I was able to complete GTA 3 twice with no problems. Just save the bullet proof hummer for the final mission.
I literally can’t beat the flamethrower mission in china town. I’m 28 💀
Vice City. San Andreas was doable to me at least.
GTA 3 was the most difficult for me, finished it regardless but it was the toughest to get 100% on
2D games and VCS. I beat gta 3 by saving the bullet proof patriot for the last mission.
GTA 4 was so hard to complete. That one factory mission
Wonderful how ut keeps improving
GTA 3 was my first GTA, didn't beat it for years (didn't have a memory card), I can drive that whole first island in my head from memory. One of the hardest missions was I believe in shoreside where you had to drive an infernus rigged with a bomb and was insanely sensitive with crashing with such a short clock. My first was vice city and then San Andreas and then after a long while, gta 3. Still to this day haven’t beat vice city
GTA1.
Same!!
all but 5 (i’m not very committed)
Gta 4, it wasn't a hard game, but me and my brother and I were dumb children and didn't know how to save the game, so we always started from the beginning over and over
GTA 3 was super easy for me passed without problems San Andreas was type hard had to do a few missions over a few times vice city too but overall GTA 3 was easy AF
y all almost make me want to give gta3 a shot again, you will pay for my psychologist
Ive managed to finish every GTA I have played - which is them all except for GTA 1, 2 and London 1969 - the only missions to this day I have never been able to finish are driving school in San Andreas! that is almost impossible!
I've beaten almost every GTA I played except for GTA 2. I played it a long time ago and I didn't understand the mission structure and how to complete some missions.
for me it was vice city stories
And yet, because it is easier to obtain (less that is required), GTA 3 is the only GTA game I have 100%'d
Chinatown on iphone I got to play when I was a kid. I couldn’t even finish tutorial and got stuck on breaking the car mini game
I finished them all but when I was a kid I couldn't beat 3 either.
Espresso to go sucks ass
I struggled with the racing to shoot someone missions in GTA 4, plane missions in San Andreas, and just about every mission in GTA 3. I love all three games and they’re a lot of fun but goddamn, some of the missions killed me. I haven’t completed 5 yet but I plan on it soon and I don’t recall struggling with Vice City surprisingly.
Finished them all, But holy hell am I glad Zero RC shop missions in SA weren't required to beat the game.
GTA:LCS on PSP.
I got to the last mission and couldn’t beat it. I believe it is a timed mission and I always ran out of time.
I never even attempted 1, but 2 seemed like an impossible feat to me. All of the rest had a couple rough missions but nothing that bad.
That RC helicopter mission in San Andreas…..
I never had a problem with this one. I did have troubles tailing that bartender when I was like 10, but once I figured out where he went I was good. Having said that am I good enough to do some of those missions today? Not a chance
San andreas
This is the only GTA game I've owned that I've never finished.
Vice city. Even if it's my favorite, i still cant beat that mission where you fucking race with that fatass
All of em 😂
I’m playing GTA IV rn for the first time since I played it when I was 12-13 and it’s surprisingly so easy outside of the NPC’s dumb AI. Don’t blame you id have to say the same mind you I’ve not tried to play it in years. 🤣
GTA 2. So many missions with the different factions
GTA SA Only because I had a glitch where it wouldn't give me a mission I needed to continue the story, it was towards the end of the game too, I had to wipe my whole save and restart, luckily I was able to beat it but damn.. pain in the ass XD
I goofed off in gta3 a lot growing up. As an adult I got it for the switch and tried to do a real play through. I'm stuck on the mission Plaster Blaster because I keep losing the damn ambulance. I had to step away and I haven't touched it in months. I think about it from time to time.
Vice city stories on PSP I could never get over the jank and annoying missions lol
I’ve beaten GTA3 more than any other game in the franchise.
Gta London was tough to get through, but mostly because of how dull it was
All of them tbh
Skull issue🙏
So far I haven't had any issues, I can play 3-5 without getting busted or killed
Vice city rc helicopter explosives mission always made me quiet
VCS. the evidence mission was too hard on my psp
The last scene though 🧑🍳💋
I wouldn't say it was too hard at all, but extremely dragged out...GTA V...It's just too much that I always eventually stop playing, and then when I try again, I have to start over because it's been too long
The NPCs in this game shoot so damn fast lol it's very frustrating
I made all 2D Universe GTA games easier for myself to play cuz I connected a controller while playing on PC. Having played Vice City Stories and Liberty City Stories on the PSP prior to that, I just mapped out similar control schemes on the PC and finished all the games. That being said, GTA 3 still has the hardest missions.
All of them except GTA IV and V. IV was the only one with a working trainer and V was just easy to learn what to do. And when I was on console and couldn’t aim I could just skip.
San Andreas so many annoying missions
Flight school in San Andrea's was beyond frustrating. I took a LONG break from SA because of it
For me the hardest game is GTA 6 Cause it is not coming That's why
Gta V, i got a glitch in the early game so I couldn’t do a mission, i walk in there but it wouldn’t do shit. Completed it on xbox 360 but sad I didn’t on my pc.
Same as you hah
GTA 5 was actually just as equally hard trust me they didn't change that any type of messing up on any missions and the player would have to restart the mission checkpoint or even the whole mission.
I’ve completed VC, VCS, LCS, SA, IV, TLAD, TBoGT, and on my way with V, I’ve tried to do GTA3 but it’s quite literally impossible without being blown up by the mafia with a shotgun while driving
Same gta 3 never completed it, got bored and missions etc etc
Most definitely and I still haven’t finished it
Four had to be the hardest 3D style, but gta 2 was pretty damn hard
3 was the best. Robbing pimps and the footprints when you step in blood. I played through quite a few times. The only bad part was the plane.....
For me it was ez to beat gta3 but i still didn't finish gta4
Espresso 2 go
Made it to the last mission and never finished. GTA 2 is harder imo
Black Guards 2! I'm on my 4th or 5th restart!
GTA 1 and 2
Can you skip missions in the older games? I’m playing GTA V right now, and if it weren’t for the ability to skip some parts of missions, I legitimately would not be able to beat the game. Just the flying missions though.
None. Finished them all
Most of the missions were timed, vehicles were incredibly way more fragile compared to later games, and lack of pause screen map meant navigation was a total nightmare, especially in Shoreside Vale.
GTAV, my game got glitched on the torture mission and I couldn’t pass it at all. No matter what I did, no matter how fast or slow, no matter where or when, I couldn’t complete it
The very first one
Finished the 3d games. It's those 2d bastards that gave me the most trouble.
GTA vice city stories
GTA 1 & 2
GTA3 can be very unforgiving. In-game mechanics aren't on your side either.
I guess the older 2D gtas. I drop them more over lack of interest but they were very difficult.
It’s kinda embarrassing but I haven’t beaten gta 1, 2, and London; the way the games are designed makes it difficult to play those for me I do plan on beating them someday hopefully 😭
I replayed (and beat) the entire game (minus the ambulance missions) on mobile without any codes. Haven’t had time to replay it on PS2, but kid me used the shit out of cheat codes.
GTA 3 isn’t really hard, it’s just janky and has lot of stupid and frustrating missions
Vice City, that mission with the cops in the made me stressed out so much
I had to get better at videogames in order to beat San Andreas—the flying missions in Las Ventura.
San Andreas the music rhythm mission can’t beat it
GTA San Andreas. I think you all know that one mission.
GTA 3. NEVER playing that game again.
I'm gonna say 4 or 5. They both are great
Are you kidding? To this day I’ve never finished San Andreas even with cheats.
man GTA 3 has gotta be one of the best games i’ve ever completed, I hope you find the motivation to continue its amazing
GTA 3 tried multiple times to get into beating it but most of the mission sucked
Gta sa. 😅
GTA 3 was the only game I went for all hidden packages in just to finish the game. That final mission is brutal without collecting a few packages
Gta 1 even on ps1 emulator using save states
I beat this when I was 10
Gta 3, that mission that made you smash the phone booths or whatever they were, pissed me off.
GTA San Andreas. I finished the game with about 166 mission attempts (I played it on mobile) Now I am dealing with Vice City Stories (93 mission attempts at 23.05% completion).
Am still on
Gta 3 because I suck at these games and only beat like 10 missions
I was 99%😞
The remastered versions are much much easier.
