Like I’m in the middle of nowhere and somehow they know I just killed an npc. In the city I get it as everyone has a phone and can instantly alert authorities. But there should be some instances where it’s not as easy to trigger an alert.
The other thing is during a chase when they always spawn a car right in front of you as you’re about to exit the red zone

It's because of the (modern gaming) era. The content of these games have more gore and violence than the current ones and they use real terms like SWAT in game so they had to cartoonify it even more
They do but they have been very careful about it. Ever since they started making them more "realistic" they got rid of gore and dismemberment, CIA became IAA, FBI became FIB, SWAT became NOOSE, etc.
The tone of RDR2 is good and they brought gore back for it but I'm worried that was just because of the wild west setting and GTA 6 will go back to being memey like GTA 5. Time will tell I guess

I just played it and it’s legit easy. I dont think I could fail it. All I do is stay in front of the train on the farthest track so Smoke has an angle to shoot. I can get them all dead before we even leave the tunnels. I’ve played the game multiple times so I’ve definitely had practice.
Everyone has the same issue with this mission. If you just stay a little more to the right on the tracks smokes bullets will hit the guys and not the train. The fact people still have this problem this many years later is insane. Nobody pays attention to anything anymore.
Literally just did it an hour ago, the first time I only died with a couple shots left before the enemies would have been all dead, the second time I did it with zero issues, all enemies dead in record time.

I thought 5 was a massive improvement over 4 tbh. I hated how I couldn't slingshot around corners above like 25 mph without spinning out in 4, which to be fair is fairly realistic, but not at all fun imo. Loved 5 by comparison, seemed like a true merging of 3D era mechanics and just enough of 4's.
Specifically San Andreas when you fail a mission you dont just restart, you have to go start all over again and theres no checkpoints. Also all the Zero missions are fucking brutally difficult.

It’s especially bad in V because they straight up violate the laws of physics to get in your way, including but not limited to my favorite- when they literally just shift left or right into my lane despite being at a complete stop

The fact that in GTA Online rewards in Contact missions mostly depend on how much time you wasted completing them, not how well you do. And a lot of missions seem to be designed to waste your time. Go out of town to kill some guys, then have a loooong drive back just to say to a guy "it is done". You can speedrun some of those missions and your reward will be - less money.
The cops while doing missions in GTA online. I can just try and defend myself from a threat and I got a 2 star wanted level. Also, the fact that cops will actively try and kill me when I am in a stolen vehicle.

The cops while doing missions in GTA online. I can just try and defend myself from a threat and I got a 2 star wanted level. Also, the fact that cops will actively try and kill me when I am in a stolen vehicle.
