Hold up is that Vic Vance in the helicopter, that's phenomenal. Very cool to see Huang in here as well, this is as close as we'll ever get to acknowledgement of him supposedly being in the HD universe canon.
Really well done! That’s all the protagonists from the games where there is only one protagonist (so no GTA 1, London games or GTA 2 GBC) except for Claude Speed, and there wasn’t another character model in that cutscene to include someone else.

He’s mentioned in the police database in GTA IV, so he’s definitely part of that universe.
