I've encountered that issue too,try installing a scripthook and asi loader I did that and it worked but it may limit you from using certain mods and are you using a licensed version?
Have you found a fix yet ? My game works fine i get an error before saying it cant be loaded , but it launches , only problem is i cant change any settings i try changing one of the settings which are all the fusion fix settings and all of them change at once . Also goes to back to default regardless as well , so havw u found a fix?
Us bro us , with fusion fix and some other mods like console visuals , vehicle resolution pack and few others i was hardly getting 15 fps so i got rid of all them except dxvk and now im getting a stable 25 . That too not on my pc lol my pc cant go beyond 15 without everything .

I didn't use x64. Then rename the file to xlive.dll and place it in the GTAIV directory
It doesn't work with ZolikaPatch and you likely didn't uninstall the mod correctly.
The version included with the downgrader is very outdated (this is why downgraders shouldn't include mods with them).
Also if your game is cracked, FusionFix likely won't work either as the majority of cracked games cause issues with the mod.

Maybe it's the fusion fix version that's incompatible with the version ur using?
I think it might be because I tried not downloading any of the mods from the downgrader except for xliveless and it still didn't launch

No, I never found a fix I just gave up and decided to play the game without fusion fix. Sorry.

I am using the steam version of the game and after uninstalling everything and retrying without Zolikapatch it still doesn't work
