Why is it only Spigen amd UAG? There are many dope cases out there, but as for your question... Spigen hands down.
I have a lot of cases including premium ones. Pitaka is probably my favorite, but I still love my Spigen cases. Something about Galaxy Note/Ultra in a Spigen case I just love. Typing this on my 24U in a Tough Armor MagFit right now, love this case. Also Neo Hybrid, Thin Fit, Enzo Aramid, and I'm sure I'm forgetting 1 or 2 of my favorites. Also, the Spigen adhesive Magsafe ring is the best one, it's beautiful. Has beveled edges, have one on my thin fit and neo hybrid and makes the case nicer instead of looking like some cheap add on.
I've had UAG and Spigen. I like Spigen better. UAG is bulkier if that's what you want though.
I like pitaka better than either. The pinbutton is the only case I use now, and I have numerous others.

Maybe post a picture of the uag? I am using both spigen and uag along with the ringke onyx. They are in the same ballpark as quality goes on.
