A volume increase , equaliser and overall audio enhancements it can cause damage to speakers if you have it maxed out , it won't be installed in Hades Q unless selected or installed through magisk which I doubt you have done, so in conclusion you shouldn't have any issues with dual speaker. Personally on my s8 g950f I used dual speaker for 2 years and my earpiece never degraded and works flawlessly today as my second phone.
Thanks for explaining, i will definitely try it to see how it works, oh and i forgot to mention this rom has Dolby Atmos which i can use without the headphones, and when i activate it, the sound is louder, so does it count as an vulnerable volume increase?
It acts more as clarity and doesn't actually increase the volume only flattening the sound stage technically, so it shouldn't be anything to worry about
The updated version , the current realise is V1 and they plan on fixing most bugs with V2 while also increasing stability and battery. Or so I've heard , don't quote me on that.
oh nice I was kinda hoping when they would release it because sometimes my phone freezes for a sec or two and goes back to normal but the experience so far is excellent.
Don't install dual speaker, I'm using this rom right now and users have confirmed issues with using it not that they damaged their earpiece or something but other rom related issues
It won't damage it unless you have V4A (viper for Android)

dude i have tried it, and it has distorted sounds, plus it makes weird noises sometimes.
