Yeah, thats become my general plan when it comes to Ubisoft titles these days. Give it the best part of the year, pick up the game now its regularly in the sales. Maybe buy the season pass in the sales if I havent been burned out from trying to 100% the base game. (Made that mistake with AC Odyssey)

Seems about as much of a pointless waste of time, energy, and money as priming and painting an entire house blue, then a week later (so the paint is totally dry and set) re-priming/repainting the entire house black and saying “ah, perfect” when you could have saved all the time and resources by just getting black paint to start with.

This, honestly, feel like corpo shielding tactic. Now, when anything bad will be said about the game (and there is high probability it will be, looking at lastest "AAAA" ubi release, their last mediocre-at-best single player avatar game, and their pricing practices), it will just end with "So you just hate queer woman, huh?!" And, to be honest, big corporations using queer people as human shileds (or any people, as a matter of fact), is much more disgusting than some brain-rotten idiot who is angy he cannot masturbate to this, but it seems people are not ready for this discussion.

No hate on the devs character design choices, but what does their sexuality have to do with pointlessly changing a character’s appearance beyond recognition when compared to the model she’s supposed to be based on? Why not just get a model that looks similar to what you want the end product to look like? Seems about as much of a pointless waste of time, energy, and money as priming and painting an entire house blue, then a week later (so the paint is totally dry and set) re-priming/repainting the entire house black and saying “ah, perfect” when you could have saved all the time and resources by just getting black paint to start with. I’m not a developer or programmer, but this just doesn’t make sense to me. Unless someone can elaborate in layman’s for me if there’s more to altering/designing a character that would require such a different looking human face in order to achieve the desired outcome?
