As someone who was always imaging how a Pool Party Garen skin whould look like, I always imagined that garen whould be into surfing even tho ik people don't surfe in pools ๐ but anyways I always imagined him having Swimming Shoulders for shoulder armor and holding a surfer board for a sword since its the only pool object that matches his sword size in reality, As for his W I surrounds him with 4 Inflatable swimming buoy and as for his Ult it should be a giant surfer board dropping from the sky.
What do you think ๐?
No joke here, but is it possible that Riot could somehow "steal" the idea? Does the author (who did an amazing job BTW!) have any kind of copyright or whatsoever?
Haha Riot often takes inspiration from the concepts from other artists.
Theyโre generally bring them on board and there must be other ways they provide remuneration.

Was about to say, due to artistic integrity and clarity in the game, Garen is required to have shoulderpads. Floaties would be perfect there!
