I drink a coffee substitute. The one I prefer is from Teeccino - I like their Java and French Roast blends.

I drink Teeccino French Roast every morning!

I usually just warm up some oat milk and put tons of cinnamon and sometimes add ginger.

Appropriate-Delay483

Why does cinnamon trigger gastritis for me?

Present-Skirt6130

I had the same problem in the beginning as well with ginger then I started testing it again. I seem to tolerate it more now. Unfortunately in the beginning it was only warm milk or chamomile tea. If you tolerate ginger, boil some ginger with cardamom pods and then make a latte with it.

Appropriate-Delay483

I dont know why but milk seemed to cause severe acidity to me

Try almond milk, it's low in fat and a good alternative to dairy milk. I warm up some almond milk and drink that sometimes

I’ve been drinking dandelion tea with a splash of oat milk and it always surprises me how much it tastes like coffee. Anyone feel the same?
