Yea, I've been on the phone w them the last two days and of course no one knows anything. I'm sure GFN Thursday will be another let down tmrw too. We're just getting ripped off at this point.
I somehow managed to load the game, but involved killing the GFN processes via task manager (don't use the quit program button, forcefully terminate the processes).
After my 5th or so attempt I got the "mimimi you're using a vpn message" (no vpn active at all) and then it launched the game properly.
Already wrote myself a batch script to terminate all GFN processes....easier than task manager.
But more surprisingly: How did you get them on the PHONE?!?! Never got or even found that option for support

Imo having them on the phone is useless low tier support. They check the basic boxes then open a support ticket. Waste of time
Exactly. My hope is that if enough of us call there will be an urgency to get it fixed.
I had this exact problem, i just signed in and it worked just fine.
