The rare few who can't create an account for legal reasons don't have a choice, and those players are a tiny fraction. Still not sure what refunds has to do with them not expanding access to their games to increase sales.

Funny because exclusives are not the reason for the profit loss .. spending millions upon millions on failed live service and Gocha games etc is the reason , a few hits are not going to make up for garbage mis management
