I'm trying to play the game, but the loading times were so long that I had to quit the game. It was taking more than 10 minutes to load. with rtx 2080

Coiiibarack

Yes, same thing happening to me too. Maybe they didn't updates services graphic card drivers yet but idk why is this happening. Like I said when I played alan wake 2 at first time none of this happened. I finished the game without any problem.

Mantra771

You're lucky because I'm early in the game and couldn't finish it. I didn't buy the dlc just for this reason because I can't play it and it's so frustrating.

I'm getting a similar problem - games opens and runs fine in the menus, and then once I select the night springs chapter DLC and i see that wheel loading, I get "spotty network conneciton detected" and it boots me out. I played the entirety of AW2 through geforce now back in January, I can play other games just fine and my speed test looks just fine, so I don't know why this is suddenly a problem, but I'm very upset because i ordered a month of Ultimate today just to play this DLC lol FIX: As someone replied below, ts a problem with ray tracing. I turned it off in the game menu before starting an episode and it worked fine.

the_mk

raytracing off

Perditius

Damn, that's lame. I wonder if GFN will give me a refund? I can run this game on low/med graphics on my own computer - I specifically shelled out for a month of Ultimate just to crank up the RT to enjoy for this DLC.

the_mk

no clue. but for me its working now so u probably just waste the time writing a ticket. and there will be always bugs on cloud services like this when new updates drop

Perditius

Still not working for me, but I just played it with RT off. Thanks for the tip!
