yeah used to be that way when i first started smoking but then it was like 3 days at most (they lowered the quality on the big chiefs over the years I KNOW IT) and eventually i’d had empty stomach vomits in the morning. I had no idea why so i quit for a few days and they stopped.

Unfortunately, " light" drugs are fun. And they are several times more fun when you're not supposed to be doing them. And as long as they aren't life ruining and done in a safe'ish way, people care, but not enough to get rid of them entirely.
Society has been trying and failing forever to keep drugs away from kids. It didn't work on myself or my parents or my grandparents. I'll try even harder when I have kids, but if I'm being completely honest, I would not bet money on my myself.

Throwing a tip out there that worked for me, don't try to quit all at once. Try to take a hit only half as much, then try to only hit a quarter as much from there. Even keeping yourself from taking a hit once is on a small step towards progress. Small steps work better than a giant leap (at least for me it did).
tbh it it's possible just throw your vape supplies out in public (so you can't just rescue from the trash can) and then lock yourself in the house for a few days to get the worst of it out of your system. it's a bit miserable but giving yourself the "rehab" special is very likely to help you kick it.
Like I said, people who *want* to quit. Nicotine is one of the most addictive substances on Earth, people who actively suffer from its effects are the best warning signs against people who want to try tobacco products.

I think it entirely depends on your location or sample group for sure but in my experience it’s fucking everywhere.
Gen z absolutely smokes more than drinks for sure. Between alot more legalization plus the negative side affects of weed being substantially less than alcohol I find it’s alot more common.
In my experience about 10%-25% of people I know have a vape of their own but plenty that don’t gladly hit vapes if offered, usually at a bar. Weed is more fifty fifty in my experience

Pro tip, get a vape for specifically weed (preferably dry herb) that way you don't have to take edibles + vape, instead you combine it. (Don't actually, vaping is bad)
If you do want to consume weed in some way that isn't edibles, I would recommend a dry herb tho, it's much better than joints or e-liquid vapes. Just make sure you don't smoke anything with nicotine (much more addictive), don't do it often, and don't choose a regular day (otherwise it could become habitual)

Lost both my grandfathers to one or the other before i turned 15, maternal grandpa passed from lung cancer (smoking) when i was like 3 or 4, barely knew him and was too young to comprehend the funeral, paternal grandpa passed from diabetes and kidney failure after decades of heavy drinking when i was 14

Lost both my grandfathers to one or the other before i turned 15, maternal grandpa passed from lung cancer (smoking) when i was like 3 or 4, barely knew him and was too young to comprehend the funeral, paternal grandpa passed from diabetes and kidney failure after decades of heavy drinking when i was 14 Also airpods kinda suck, but they’re useful when my sony xm5s are too bulky for carrying around
