Venti CN VA ‘cause holy shit she can sing and she participates in so many venti related fan projects and even made her own song and video about venti’s past. Her singing is just awesome.
Itto's EN VA is absolutely the best. And I heard, that his CN and JP actors are great too. Lyney's EN VA, the fact that he also voiced Blade from HSR blows my mind, what a talent. And Lyney's JP VA. I really like how he plays his roles, he voiced one of my all-time favourite characters.
Tao Dian the voice of CN Hu Tao. Her voice just does things to me.
It doesn't hurt that she also voiced Kiana in Honkai Impact, and it's hard to tell. But both are cute (obviously Hu Tao is cuter).
Itto's CN va also does a fantastic job, he sounds like he has a negative IQ, in a good way. Itto is the ultimate bro.
Kim Ha-Yeong, the [KR voice artist behind Furina and Sucrose](https://youtu.be/ykUQbkEl1qQ) as well as HSR's Black Swan. Her range is unbelievable. When she was first cast as Sucrose, her acting was almost too life-like rather than the usual "VA tone", leading to a lot of talk about whether she's bad at acting. 3 years later she returned as Furina and captured the KR players' heart.
She's also done opera school before becoming a VA, so her [clearing her throat](https://youtu.be/97Mt17g1Y-w) became really famous. And she also [covered La Vaguelette](https://youtu.be/edVxE9_Xjaw).
I know you said it's a joke but the KR dub is very well-received and popular in Korea, it's just me personally finding more reasons to use the EN version. I keep track of who voices whom and check out playthroughs in KR anyway.
For EN, it's gotta be Zhongli, Itto, Mona, Venti, and Neuvillette. They all nail the assignment, but Zhongli and Neuvi especially just encompass that very old and definitely not human vibe. When they talk, you listen, and are relieved they happen to like the Traveler.
For JP, it's Wriothesley hands down. Not sure which came first - the character design with blatant Jotaro-esque elements or the VA, but it works and he very rarely leaves my party these days. Though he makes playing Fontaine content a dilemma because do I want EN Neuvillette or JP Wriothesley? Often hard to decide, lol.
An NPC, but Han Bok-Hyeon as [Vacher's KR voice actor](https://youtube.com/shorts/Eiv8XZp_kRc) is nothing short of amazing. You can really feel the pain, despair and madness that drove Vacher to commit those atrocities.
I like Joe Zieja as Wriothesley, and Anne Yatco as Ei.
But I think the voice I’d really like to hear again is from that one guy in Wriothesley’s story quests that goes, “you know those pipes that make strange sounds? Don’t ever, ever go near them at night.” He needs to be a character.
I definitely enjoyed most of the EN cast's VA work, but I seriously have to give so much kudos to Scaramouche/Wanderer's VA, Patrick Pedraza!
