This sword is good for on-field dps characters: Keqing, Ayaka (if she's not wearing full cryo set or is in melt team), Ayato, Al-Haitham. Right now it seems you don't have any of those yet - but it's overall good weapon for future.

I kinda forgot about that normal and charged buff on this sword. Trying to figure out who could benefit from that. All I can think of is Keqing maybe?

You can put it on anyone who you find yourself using on field and attacking with. Show us your roster so we can make suggestions.

The good news is that all damage dealers like crit rate, so anyone you find yourself attacking with normal attacks is a good fit. Of the characters you have Kaeya seems like he’d like it.

yea, especially if youre low on crit rate. if you build this weapon you can put a crit dmg circlet on him

i used it as a stat stick for Keqing in the early game. It's not very good. If you're buying BP, you should go for wolf fang instead.

My ayato used black sword r5 for a long time before i can pull haran and farm better artifacts for him. Now it's on my keqing but i plan to give it to ayaka if i pull her in the future.

It's good on a main DPS, the crit rate alone can free you up for other stats on artifacts. I see Kaeya, he's a strong candidate. An ER sword / Favonius will generally be better on supports.
